My husband and I had our full wedding at the Carlton hotel and it was outstanding, everything was perfect! Staff was really professional and so helpful with anything we needed! all the guest complimented on the food how fantastic it was, everything was just perfect! Also special thanks to nic she is a brilliant wedding co-ordinator and attended to all our needs! Rooms were lovely to, we had a few our guests staying too and they said how nice their rooms were and great breakfast in the morning!!! Thanks again Carlton for making our wedding so special!

Loved this hotel, great food in both the carvery and restaurant,service and staff excellent, room was very clean with lovely outlook over gardens, bottle of wine in room when we arrived, was a lovely touch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bus stop outside hotel where you can go to Ayr or Prestwick town. Look forward to visiting this hotel again.

We attended a wedding here and we're satisfied by all that we experienced. There was nothing that we can say that is a negative. We attended the Carlton of old, ten years ago, so was a little apprehensive. This was totally unfounded, what a change in the place. We would highly recommend.

“Excellent Overnight Stay”

Stayed and overnight at this hotel last week and found it to be a perfect little getaway. Its a lovely modern hotel with 2 stunning restaurants and a beautiful bar also an oudoor area to sit if its a nice evening. It is very clean and has immaculate grounds. We ate at the carvery restaurant before walking to the local shops and bars in Prestwick main street. In the morning the breakfast was delicious and the staff were so pleasant.
I will deffinately return here again and if I am flying out from Prestwick airport on holiday at any time, I can't think of a nicer place to start by staying here the night before.

I booked this hotel some time ago for 15 guys on a Bowling Tour. From the initial contact with reservations, through to the care and attention we were shown this weekend, I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. We have just celebrated our son and his gorgeous wife's wedding this weekend in the Carlton . The venue fresh, modern and with atmosphere, the staff were always there when you needed something( a refreshing change), the food excellent and Nic our wedding planner gave 110% from beginning to end can't wait for a return visit just to chill 10/10.

“A Great Two Night Stay”

We went for a two night stay at the Carlton Hotel. The room clean and had everything you would need - the bed was great, really comfortable. Great free Wifi connection. Fabulous breakfast and great service. On the Friday there was an Elvis and Friends tribute night - two course dinner and a 3 hour show ...it was absolutely amazing. Great fun, great food great service. This was an amazing stay special thanks to Luke, Karen and Kelly. Great location.
